Irish trio I Phoenix have launched a new web site and are spreading the word by offering their debut single, 'On You Radar,' for free. In a marketing scheme that is sure to catch on quickly, all fans need to do to get the free track is to log on to iphoenix.ie and click an icon that will automatically create a Facebook post or Twitter message promoting the band.

This new song has been chosen by the Hot Press/Tisch NYU music video program to create a video to accompany it, which will be released next week. To celebrate all this exciting news, I Phoenix will be co-headlining a night at Crawdaddy with Zombie Cops on December 8. Admission is free before 9pm and just €3 after, and there will be prizes given away for the fan with the best Christmas jumper, so come prepared and in the spirit.
