Richard Fearless, Æ Mak and Cruel Sister are also lined up for the shows.
A variety of exciting acts have been announced for Pepper Canister Church segment of the St. Patrick's Festival in Dublin this week.
Richard Fearless, Æ Mak, Cruel Sister (pictured above) and Iarla Ó'Lionáird with Steve Cooney will all play at the event from March 16 - 20.
Fresh from announcing the new Beyond The Pale festival a few weeks back, Selective Memory have organised these shows lined up around Ireland's major bank holiday.
Iarla Ó Lionáird, known for his work with The Gloaming, will close out the gigs by playing two shows with Steve Cooney, the latest in a series of collaborations together.
A press release for the events states that their "interpretations of songs from the sean-nós tradition have set a new standard of artistic integrity and creative innovation within the traditional structures of the Gaelic song tradition."
