The musical collective will be joined by special guests FYNCH & BLÁNID.
Following their performance at the Tileyard Gallery last year, IMLÉ will return to London for their first ever concert at the Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith.
The gig takes place next week on Thursday, 28th November, as part of the Glór Nua series run by the Irish Cultural Centre, an initiative that showcases the vibrant sounds of Irish contemporary music.
Special guests on the night will include FYNCH, hot on the heels of a lauded performance at Ireland Music Week 2024, and BLÁNID, who were recently given the Whelan’s Ones to Watch seal of approval.
IMLÉ’s London headliner follows a busy year for the musical collective from supporting Damien Dempsey over Christmas 2023 to having their track ‘Peacach’ featured as the theme music from the Netflix series Bodkin. They have also released a string of new singles - ‘Sláinte’, ‘Cathain?’ and ‘MISE’ - which showcase the new line-up of the group featuring Connemara singer Róisín Seoighe, Dublin rapper James Shannon, Cork guitarist Neil Ó Briain and founder/guitarist the group Cian Mac Cárthaigh.
