The Kilmainham alternative and folk festival takes place on Saturday, 8th June across two stages. Tickets go on sale this Friday, 12 April, at 9am.
With eight weeks to go before the highly-anticipated, inaugural In The Meadows festival kicks off, seven new acts join an already dazzling lineup. The festival takes place on Saturday, 8th June at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, with performances spread across two stages.
The acts announced today include NY indie-rock pioneers Mercury Rev, Dublin alt musician Rachael Lavelle, concertina virtuoso Cormac Begley, Bristol folk outfit Tara Clerkin Trio, Kurdish-Syrian Bouzouki player Mohammad Syfkhan, North Carolina-based macabre genre-blender Andy The Doorbum and Cork DIY band Ana Palindrome.
Headlining and co-curating the festival are the Choice Prize-winning doom folk outfit Lankum; it will be their only Dublin show for 2024.
Already announced, other headliners include Scottish post-punk purveyors Mogwai, Dublin folk giant John Francis Flynn, British folk artist This is The Kit and Cambridge art rock outfit Black Country, New Road.

Tickets for In The Meadows start from €59.35 and go on sale this Friday, 12th April at 9am via Ticketmaster.
