The organisation represents independent music publishing companies across the globe.
The Independent Music Publishers International Forum (IMPF) will hold their General Assembly in Dublin’s Conrad Hotel on 25 and 26 April, 2024.
The event, exclusive to IMPF Members, songwriters and invited guests will consist of panel discussion on pertinent topics within the music industry, with inbuilt timeouts for networking and business meetings.
Some of the subjects up for discussion include Managing Royalties and Music Supervision.

In addition, there will be a case study on misogyny in the music industry in the UK with Dr. Metka Potočnik, as well as a look at the legal and political implications of Artificial Intelligence in music.
On the agenda is a list of leading Irish industry figures, including IMRO’s Victor Finn and Jessica Treacy, as well as Gill Dooley of the Association of Independent Music Ireland.
Lawyer and PA advocate David Sweeney will also be discussing the relationship between games and music as part of a panel which includes acclaimed film and video game composer Helen Lynch.
