One of several acclaimed artists to contribute to the Irish Women in Harmony's hit cover of 'Dreams', Fia Moon has forged a reputation as one of the most compelling emerging talents in Irish alt-pop.
Rising Irish artist Fia Moon has released her brand new track, a ballad tracing memories of a love lost titled 'Falling For You'.
The single follows up from previous tracks ‘Let This Go’, ‘better days’ and ‘XX', and continues on her journey towards empowerment and self-acceptance.
The beautiful 'Falling For You' features her usual lyrical vulnerability and clear vocals over a simple backing guitar melody.
The break-up ballad speaks to a past connection, nostalgically retracing the steps taken before she fell for the person in question before they left.
"Dry eyes, it'll be all right / pack your bags and hold on tight / take a trip to the other side / might be far but I don't mind," she sings. "Even though we're worlds apart, looking up at the same stars / and I feel you here with me / looking through our memories."

Fia questions whether it was just a summer romance all along, after the subject moves to another place.
'Falling For You' is the fourth of six singles Fia Moon has dropped for her debut mixtape - set to be distributed early next year. Time as the healer of all heartbreaks and growing pains is the central theme of this mixtape project, while the body of work will harness pop electronica.
