Fast-rising Irish folk artist Niamh Bury has released a live video for her current single, 'Beehive'.
In the video, Bury is shown playing the track on an acoustic guitar in Dublin's Phoenix Park.
Bury has amassed attention with 'Beehive' since its release on the iconic Irish label Claddagh Records. The artist's debut single was added to RTÉ Radio 1’s playlist and has been climbing the Irish radio charts, the music video collecting more than 12,000 views.
“‘Beehive’ is about the overlapping of myth, folk wisdom and science,” said Bury about the track. “It was inspired by a passage from a book I was reading about a tribe in the Amazon who say that the human brain is like a beehive – at once chaotic and intricately ordered.”

Earlier this year, Bury was selected by singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy to play with him in an exclusive gig at The Long Hall, as part of Guinness's Live and Rising campaign. She's been busy within the festival circuit as well, having also performed at St. Patrick’s Festival, Body & Soul, Quiet Lights, and Dún Laoghaire Folk Festival.
