The brand new live stage show asks the audience to 'play a game' through out the performance.
Rising Irish hop hop producer and vocalist, Fortúne Igiebor has been announced to appear on stage in the new production of 7 Deadly Sins, the world’s first hybrid eGaming and storytelling stage show.
The production, set to take place at The Civic Theatre, Tallaght on July 12, aims to blend live theatre with interactive eGaming technology and sees Igiebor step into the role of Dante.
Dante acts as the audience’s guide through the show, which reimagines Dante’s Inferno for the digital age, using social media apps to represent the seven deadly sins in a digital underworld.
Opera singer Claudia Boyle and singer and actress Aoife Spratt star alongside Igiebor, the performance also features a host of other interactive features.
In the world-first production of this kind of entertainment, audiences, active participants and spectators will engage in real-time through a mobile app.

This app, developed in collaboration with Maynooth University, will allow the audience to influence the events on stage, making each production performance unique.
“Music has always been my passion. It’s the one certainty in my life. I write to connect with people, to share my experiences, and to evoke emotions that resonate with my fans,” said Igiebor ahead of the show’s premiere.
He continued by explaining that he raps “about my life and how it relates to others. This show allows me to take that connection to another level, inviting the audience to join me on a journey through the digital underworld.”
“I’m thrilled to be part of a project that pushes the boundaries of traditional theatre. It’s a unique opportunity to blend my love for music and performance with innovative technology, creating an immersive experience unlike anything audiences have seen before.”
The North Dublin-based producer and vocalist has been known for his unique take on hip hop since his debut single, ‘So Famous II,’ in 2018.
7 Deadly Sins is directed by immersive theatre expert Prof David Bassuk and created by Irish playwright technologist Niall Austin, with Coppers The Musical’s Donal Shiels producing.
