The trio signed with the Beverly Martel label at the end of 2020.
Following the release of their acclaimed debut EP No One Is Safe Here, indie outfit Rowan secured a record label with Los Angeles-based indie label Beverly Martel. Owned and operated by leading record producer and songwriter management company Worlds End (America) Inc., the label has been hotly-tipped by industry heavy-hitters.
Rowan are gearing up to release a follow-up EP to No One Is Safe Here later this year. The songs were written by Dylan, Fionn and Kevin during the pandemic, via voice notes and demos. The band started a ‘songwriting challenge’ between themselves in April where each member would have to complete a song by midnight every night for three weeks.

“It was a bit of a speed writing period, where we gave ourselves deadlines and motivations, there were some great and some not so great songs written," says Dylan. "But I think even in the not so great, there are gems of inspiration. We picked 20 of our favourite songs and put them in a playlist, then we cut it down to 10 and then 5.”
The ‘Everybody Talks’ EP is currently being mastered by Greg Calbi & Steve Fallone (Tame Impala, The National, Arcade Fire) and is set for release Summer 2021.
