Fancy sharing a stage with Yungblud? You might just be in with a chance.
The 2021 Vans 'Musicians Wanted' competition is giving undiscovered musicians from Ireland the opportunity to share the stage with iconic artist Yungblud.
To enter, musicians must submit two tracks via links to their YouTube, Soundcloud, Mixcloud, or other streaming platforms. This is a competition for "truly undiscovered" acts, so only unsigned artists are eligible.
The competition is open to musicians of all kinds, from rappers to flautists, from all around Europe, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region. Competition entries open today, and close on July 23.

The entries will be narrowed down to 15 global finalists (five from the three regions) who will battle it out in an online contest on September 22. The competition offers major exposure for its entrants, with winners not only getting the opportunity to share the stage with Yungblud, but to be in with a chance of grabbing some Vans products, guitar gear from Kramer, a premium TuneCore prize pack, global music distribution, and even Spotify playlisting.
This year's judging panel includes rapper, writer, and comic book artist Denzel Curry, Grammy-nominated musician and songwriter Julia Michaels, 88rising's founder Sean Miyashiro, and Yungblud.
The competition opened for the first time last year and had over 22,000 artists submit their work. Last year's winners included acts from the UK, Argentina, and Korea. Who knows, maybe this year an Irish act will find themselves onstage with Yungblud.
