The line-up for the Isle of Wight Festival was today announced, featuring headliners such and Green Day to the Prodigy and a few Irish acts in the mix too.
Irish acts Picture This and The Mary Wallopers have today been announced for the Isle of Wight's Festival's 2024 line up.
The Isle of Wight Festival was a counter culture festival held from 1968-1970 before being revived in 2001.
Today's announcement marks the first 2024 festival date announced by the Irish punk rock band the Mary Wallopers.
Their sophomore album Irish Rock n'Roll has been described "as one of the most defiant yet inherently honest forces in modern Irish music".

The Isle of Wight Festival date announcement comes shortly after Picture This announced they would be headlining the New Year's Eve Countdown Concert in Dublin Castle.
Other acts included in today's first acts announcement include Pet Shop Boys, Suede and The Darkness.
