It would seem The X Factor's loss is Dublin's gain. Having only been booted off the show last night, it has just been announced that Wagner is set for his first ever Irish show. Fans of the reality TV behemoth are in for a pre-Christmas treat - he'll be taking to the Wright Venue stage on Thursday December 23.

It's an all-ages concert with Wagner singing some of the songs that made him popular over the past few months. The gig is part of a series of shows from X Factor finalists at The Wright Venue over the coming months - Wagner follows Paije, who performs on Thursday December 16. And to find out who'll be up on Wednesday December 29, you'll just have to tune in to The X Factor.

Tickets to see Wagner are priced at €15 (including booking fee) and are onsale now at Ticketmaster outlets nationwide and ticketmaster.ie.

There's sure to be a big crowd clamouring to catch Wagner. He truly was... unforgettable.
