J. Cole has secured his second No.1 on the Official Irish Albums Chart with The Off-Season – scoring the biggest opening week of chart sales so far this year. The release follows 2018's KOD, which also went to No.1 in Ireland.
He's followed by Paul Weller at No.2 with Fat Pop – which earned the most physical sales this week. It's Weller's highest position on the Official Irish Albums Chart this century.
"Fat Pop is every bit as adventurous – and satisfying – as his recent output," Pat Carty wrote in his review of the album for Hot Press.
Following a busy week of releases last Friday, the Top 10 also features a new appearance from St Vincent, with Daddy's Home at No.7. The acclaimed album is her third album to reach the Top 10 on the Official Irish Albums Chart.
On the Official Irish Singles Chart, meanwhile, Olivia Rodrigo has earned her second No.1 hit, with 'Good 4 U'. The track scored the most streams in Ireland this week, helping her to shoot ahead of Tion Wayne & Russ Millions, who have moved down one place to No.2 with 'Body'.

J. Cole has also scored three new entries on the Official Irish Singles Chart this week, with 'm y . l i f e' at No.12; 'p r i d e . i s . t h e . d e v i l' at No.13; and 'a m a r i' at No.15 – all taken from his new album.
Griff, who recently picked up her 2021 Rising Star Award at the BRITs, has made her first ever Top 50 appearance, with 'Black Hole' at No.37.
