In 2012, Monáe featured on FUN.'s track 'We Are Young' which reached number one in the Billboard Hot 100. In 2013, Monáe released her second album, 'The Electric Lady', and in the time following she has starred in critically acclaimed films 'Hidden Figures' and Oscar Best Picture 2017 'Moonlight'.
