Actually, I’d still much rather that bona fide musical legends didn’t get up to this kind of thing, particularly when their work remains as bewitching as Perry’s. ‘Jazzy Lady’ boasts the giddiest riff of the fortnight and Perry’s vocal is utterly enthralling.
