The Irish star leads the chart this week – following by Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding, Loreen, David Kushner, Libianca and Lewis Capaldi.
Following the release of 'Giving Me' earlier this year, Crumlin star Jazzy has hit the No.1 on the Official Irish Singles Chart this week – making her the first Irish female artist to top the chart in 14 years.
Initially rising to prominence after featuring on her friends Belters Only's chart-topping track, 'Make Me Feel Good', Jazzy has officially established herself as one of the country's most captivating emerging stars, with her debut solo single.
Last week, we reported that she had become the first Irish female artist to hit No.1 on the Spotify Ireland Top 50. Now, we're thrilled that she's gone a step further – and has beat a star-studded selection of stars, as well as the Eurovision winner, Loreen, to the top spot on the Official Irish Singles Chart.
"My solo debut has been a really long time coming, so we made sure that we edited and tweaked the track until it felt perfect," she said of 'Giving Me'.
The Irish artist has built up a phenomenal following online, with nearly 2.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
Jazzy's followed on the chart by Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding's 'Miracle' (No.2), Eurovision winner Loreen's 'Tattoo' (No.3), David Kushner's 'Daylight' (No.4), and Libianca's 'People' (No. 5).
