The new festival is set to take place from May 4-5 2024.
A brand new festival is coming to Kilkenny this May bank holiday weekend: Ranch Festival 2024. The new festival promises to be two fun-filled days in Tullaroan, Kilkenny, featuring food, drink and musical performances ranging from the likes of local acts to major headliners such as Jenny Greene.
The newest addition to Ireland's burgeoning festival scene, Ranch Festival is set to take place from May 4-5 2024. Encapsulating the friendly atmosphere of a small countryside village in Ireland and carrying its ethos across a 2-day event on the sports grounds in the middle of the village, was the concept of Ranch Festival.
The “Ranch” is a nickname given to the home place of festival owner Michael Delaney, in Tullaroan, surrounded by green hills and beautiful farmland. This idyllic location was how the concept for Ranch was born.
Ranch Fest promises a laid-back vibe complete with food, drinks/bar, local music, free parking, and two major headliners over the weekend. An ideal set-up and location to enjoy the festivities without worrying about a thing.

Day 1 of 'Ranch Fest' will see a familiar face take to headlining the inaugural festival, as Dan McCabe will kick off the festivities on Saturday, 4th May.
Day 2 will see Jenny Greene, Ireland’s most successful DJs finish the Sunday night. Greene presents the biggest dance show on Irish radio every Saturday night on RTÉ 2FM. She has played sets up and down the country at every major music festival including Electric Picnic and Cork's Live At The Marquee. Greene is also a Guinness world record holder for the longest DJ set played continuously for her whopping 75 hour long set while her Electric Disco Tour is the most in-demand club booking in the country.
Support Dj's Emma J White, Cleveland Mike and Swiss will be kick-starting the day, spinning tunes from 4pm.
Ranch Fest will be a covered festival and will not be vulnerable to poor weather conditions and the site is also wheelchair accessible. Buses will be available too and from Kilkenny City. The first 500 tickets for the inaugural festival will be discounted. Further acts are still to be announced.
