As a part of her 2019 Joanthology tour, the American musician will be performing her riveting live show in Dublin, Letterkenny, Cork and Waterford.
Joan Wasser (better known as Joan As Police Woman) has found cult success with her intimate lyrics, soulful voice and thrilling live shows. Since winning accolades with her debut album 2006's Real Life, she has collaborated with an impressive range of artists including Sufjan Stevens, Anohni, Lou Reed and Beck. Joan's most recent 2018 album Damned Devotion delivered her signature brand of smoky alt-pop, filled with timeless melodies, lyrical honesty and an attention to current social issues. She has said of her music, "my maxim is: if it feels scary to say it, it’s the thing you must say".
