English soul-pop singer/songwriter JP Cooper has announced dates for his new UK & European tour, which includes a show in Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre on September 15th, 2023.
The dates are part of his first ever world tour. Cooper is also set to announce new music from his own projects alongside a string of collaborations that will be dropping throughout 2023 and 2024.
"Being on stage has never been a comfortable place for me," Cooper said. "The time, energy and mental preparation it has taken me in the past to get out on tour has sometimes been overwhelming, but coming out of lock down and getting back out on the road over the last few months has reminded me how special it was being in a room with you all. Seeing people smile, cry and sing along again has really helped to change my perspective on live performance."
The Middleton-born singer's debut album Raised Under Grey Skies, which included the global hit 'September Song', and his sophomore album SHE, introduced the music industry to a new artist of great depth with a voice to match. He also featured on the acclaimed Jonas Blue single 'Perfect Strangers', which was certified platinum in the UK.
'September Song' racked up over 850 million streams worldwide upon its release and since then, Cooper has has an incredible 1.5 million ADJ Global album sales, an extraordinary 5.5 billion total global streams, fuelled by his devoted 9 million monthly Spotify listeners

Blending classic soul influences with contemporary sounds and textures, Cooper certainly has an impressive vocal range.
In a past interview with HotPress, Cooper explained that music is, "something I pursued and something that I was working to get better at. I’ll always be doing music. And for the foreseeable future, I’ll be out touring. But I dream of a period when I can spend a bit more time at home. I’m in my thirties now and I’ve got a kid at home."
“I want to reach a point where I can afford to spend more time with my family. So I’d like to think that in the future, I’d do a lot more writing for other people and go into production. But I’ll still always go out and play to audiences.”
