Julia Jacklin will play two consecutive nights at the Button Factory in November.
Dublin just can't get enough of Julia Jacklin. The tickets to her show at the Button Factory on November 28 are almost sold out, prompting the Australian singer-songwriter to add another gig at the Dublin venue to her busy tour schedule.
The second show at the Button Factory will take place one day after the first one, on November 29. Tickets (priced €20 inclusive of booking fee) are on sale now. Limited tickets remain for the November 28 show.
Julia Jacklin released her sophomore album Crushed in February of this year. In our interview with the folk-indie star, she revealed, "This album's been different than last time, because the songs do feel heavier to perform. And it's not even just me performing them and bringing my own experiences to the stage every night. It's more that I know now that a lot of people have really delved into this album and it's brought up a lot of things for them. And so when I'm performing every night, I feel that pressure – that even if I've moved beyond that feeling, there are people out there who are going through it. I feel like I have to perform with everything I have, you know?"

Jacklin will be joined in Dublin by fellow Australian singer-songwriter Angie McMahon, who recently dazzled Irish fans at All Together Now. With a string of hit singles, McMahon has become one of the biggest name in Australian pop, releasing her debut album, Salt, last month.
