Just For One Day (Heroes)

If any ’70s rock classic was ripe for a dance makeover then ‘Heroes’, with its dramatic Eno production, soaring synths and universal message, was it. How come then that Guetta makes such a hash of it? Sticking a new beat and a few crowd noises over one line from the original doesn’t make for a classic. Someone buy him the Soulwax album.
