Ireland’s newest festival, Kahuna, has announced international and Irish headline acts. The one night, three themed stage event will take place in a secret location in Dundalk, County Louth on Saturday July 22.
Fans can look forward to Josh Butler’s return after his triumphant set earlier in the year in at Higher Visions Festival, while Quinton Campbell will bring a show that has already set him apart as a recipient of the AVA Emerging Producer Award. Resident Advisor-tipped DJ Sidney Charles also heads the bill, with Resonance Records' Max Chapman completing the top tier international acts.
Kahuna is presented by the successful Absolute Deep collective of promoters, who gave us insights into the festival itself - while remaining decidedly tight lipped about the specific location...

Ryan McKevitt (Co founder/Artist liaison) hinted that there may be further additions to the line up “We are in the closing stages of negotiating with a final act, once confirmed it will be announced across our social and online platforms”.
And Voyo Spasojevic (Co founder/Operations) reinforced that the event promises to offer superb value and choice “With the event being BYOB, people can economise while bringing their own preferred beverage, and partying for more than 12 hours in the most unique festival location in Ireland with a line up of local and International talent to suit all ages and genres taste across the board".
