The Chicago-born rapper is planning to run for office in 2020
Kanye announced plans to run for office in 2020 at the MTV VMAs last November and according to new reports, the rapper is still feeling confident about his bid for presidential candidacy of the US.
In an interview with X17Online West was asked how he felt about running for President: “Pretty positive vibes... all positive vibes...I would like to help [make the world a better place].”
Kanye has already received some advice on the matter from US President Barack Obama.
Appearing to refer to Kim and her family, the president said: ''In case Kanye's serious about this whole POTUS thing, or as he calls it, Peezy, I do have advice for him; You've got to deal with strange characters who behave as if they are on a reality TV show. So you've got to be cool with that.''
It would seem Kim Kardashians husband already has his first policy in mind as he recently took to Twitter to slam the cost of school text books in the US and call for teachers to be paid more.

''I mean, his mom has to work 2 days just to afford 1 book for her son ...
''she's giving everything she has to make sure her son has a better future...
''Steve Jobs wanted to lower the cost of textbooks...
''Education puts Americans into debt before they even get a chance to get started...
