Keane have called off a secret, free show they were due to play in Dublin due to exhaustion suffered by their frontman.
Tom Chaplin and his band were due to play a Vodafone TBA gig at a secret location on August 31, but have pulled out due to his fatigue.
The trio, who last played Ireland at last year's Oxegen Festival, were also due to play Ibiza Rock on August 23 and close this year's T on the Fringe festival with a concert in Princes Street Gardens on August 30. However these dates have also been cancelled.
Tom commented: "I am gutted that I have to take a break from touring. I was really looking forward to these dates, but if it means we can do what we've got planned for the rest of the year then I'll take the time off. I want to apologise to our fans, and I hope that everyone understands. Be assured that we will be back out there soon."
Their appearances at the Pukkelpop Festival in Belgium and the V Festival in the UK this weekend are still going ahead as planned.
