The producer and songwriter is the first artist to be signed to new electronic label dh2
Welsh producer and songwriter Kelly Lee Owens has announced the release date for her new LP Dreamstate, as well as sharing the first single ‘Love You Got’.
Set to be released on October 18, Dreamstate will be the 4th studio album from Owens since her self-titled 2017 debut.
Described by the artist as “a cathartic slice of techno” new single ‘Love You Got’ was released today, with a music video directed by photographer and director Samuel Bradley.
In a statement, Owens said that the song “was born out of the curiosity of discovering my own inner euphoria.”
The artist also described feeling “ultimate bliss in connection with others”, through the numerous collaborations on the project.

The record features production credits from Bicep, Tim Rowland of The Chemical Brothers, and George Daniel of The 1975.
Owens has also previously collaborated with Björk on her EP dedicated to remixes of 'Arisen my Senses', as well as collaborating with musician St Vincent on a remix of her song 'New York'.
In 2021, Owens released 'Unity' the theme for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup. She also supported Depeche Mode on their 2023 North American tour.
Owens is the first artist to be signed to dh2, a new electronic imprint led by Daniels, which falls under the umbrella of new independent label Dirty Hit.
