US rock giants The Killers will play a headline show at Belsonic on Tuesday 25th June, joined by Lewis Capaldi.
Based in Las Vegas, The Killers became worldwide stars with hit singles 'Mr Brightside' and 'Somebody Told Me' off their 2004 album Hot Fuss. Touring for nearly two years straight after the release of the album, their career has seen them receive multiple Grammy nominations, headline Coachella, Lollapalooza and Glastonbury, and sell over twenty-five million albums. Their newest studio album, 2017's Wonderful Wonderful was number one on the Billboard 200 chart the week of it's release, and topped charts globally. Their upcoming Belsonic appearance will be their biggest show yet in Northern Ireland.
Joining The Killers is Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi. Having recently sold-out his November 2019 gig at Ulster Hall, Capaldi's fans in Belfast will have another chance to catch the young folk rocker. His newest single 'Someone You Loved' is his fastest growing streaming track to date, making Spotify's Hot Hits UK playlist and holding a number one position on the UK singles chart.
The Killers and special guest Lewis Capaldi will play Ormeau Park, Belfast Tuesday 25th June. Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 29th at 9am from Ticketmaster.
