King Princess has announced a headline show at Dublin’s Academy on 24 June. Tickets go on sale from €23 this Friday, 26 April at 9 am.
Fresh from a performance at Coachella earlier this month, the 20-year-old will go on to play London’s Heaven on 26 June. The shows will precede King Princess's appearance at Glastonbury, which will mark her first festival date in the UK. She will go on to perform at the Reading & Leeds Festival this summer.
Also known as New York City native Mikaela Straus, King Princess has broken barriers with viral hits like ‘1950’ and ‘Talia.’ Her songs are known for celebrating her identity as a genderqueer and gay artist.
With just one EP, 2018’s Make My Bed, King Princess has garnered hundreds of millions of Spotify streams, millions of YouTube views and a second-place finish in the BBC’s Sound of 2019 contest. Her dedicated fanbase includes the likes of superstar Harry Styles.
