Limerick 3-piece Kingfishr have added a second date at Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre next March, due to unprecedented demand.
They sold out their first night at the 1200-capacity venue in a matter of minutes after they went on sale last week, only further proving their hold on the Irish scene at the moment. The new second show will take place the night before, on Thursday 21st March 2024.
Tickets, starting at €29.50 including booking fees, will go on sale this Friday 17th November at 10am via Ticketmaster. Presale for Wednesday 10am is available at this link HERE, and you can find more information on tickets on their website.
"This has been a dream of our since we started. We can’t describe this emotion. We can only hope you’ll come share it with us next March," shared the band last week when announcing the original 3Olympia date.
Posting an update on the second show, they elaborated with, "There’s no getting our heads around this thing, we love yee all to bits. These are gonna be the best craic of all time."

Emerging in earnest over the last 12 months as leaders of a new generation of Irish contemporaries, Kingfishr have a sweeping, atmospheric tone that blends catchy melodies. With five incredibly well-received releases in the past year, they've also embarked on their debut sold-out headline tour across Ireland alongside supporting slots alongside the likes of Dermot Kennedy and George Ezra.
