Lankum hits the Cork Opera House stage on St. Patrick’s Day
The folk four-piece is lined up for a St. Patrick's day performance with The Mary Wallopers
Folk group Lankum will take the stage at Cork Opera House for a headline performance on St. Patrick’s Day.
The four-piece group combine traditional folk with contemporary undertones to create their dark and mysterious sound. Off to a busy start this year, they recently claimed the RTÉ Choice Prize Award for Album of the Year and recorded an NPR Tiny Desk concert in Washington DC.
Dunkdalk folk duo The Mary Wallopers– also known by their hip-hop name, TPM– will support Lankum, playing a selection of ballads.
