The tour is still scheduled to come to Dublin's 3Arena in October.
The US leg of Ms Lauryn Hill and the Fugees' The Celebration Continues Tour – an extension of The Miseducation Anniversary Tour – has been cancelled, just days before it was due to kick off.
Although the dates are still listed on Lauryn Hill's website, they have been removed from ticket sellers' sites. Ticket holders have also been notified about receiving refunds. No reason has been offered for the cancellation, however.
The tour was supposed to begin in Tampa, Florida, on Friday, August 9.
The European leg of the tour – added due to phenomenal demand – is still scheduled to go ahead. That run of dates includes a show at the 3Arena, Dublin, on October 7. Tickets for the Dublin gig are still for sale on Ticketmaster.

The tour is a major celebration of Lauryn Hill's lauded 1998 album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. Inducted into the Library of Congress in 2015, the LP was the first ever hip-hop album to win Album Of The Year at the Grammys. She was also the first woman to be nominated for 10 Grammy Awards in one year, and the first woman to win five Grammys in one night.
The tour – which is still set to come to Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden later this year – will feature music from The Miseducation of Ms. Lauryn Hill, the Fugees' The Score and more.
