After selling out their joint tour in less than 30 seconds, Gallagher confirms that he will appear alongside John Squire at Glastonbury 2024.
Liam Gallagher has announced that his ongoing collaboration with Stone Roses guitarist John Squire will continue with a joint performance at this year’s edition of Glastonbury.
The news came via Gallagher’s X/Twitter page, where a fan asked about the pair’s summer plans, writing, “Will we see you and Squire at Glastonbury this summer LG”, to which Gallagher promptly responded, “Yeah”.

Set to take place from 26 June to 30 June at Worthy Farm, the festival’s organisers have yet to release the official list of performers.
With a collaborative album on the way, out on March 1, along with a sold out headlining tour, the Britpop icons have been a powerhouse duo since they first teamed up in 2022, when Squire joined Gallagher onstage for Oasis’ ‘Champagne Supernova’ at his two Knebworth performances.
Since then, the Mancunian duo have released a string of singles that left fans aching for more, a wish that has been granted with the announcement of their self-titled debut album, which Gallagher proclaimed “the best record since [The Beatles’] Revolver.”
The upcoming album, a dream release for fans of 90’s Mancunian indie, will likely make up a majority of their Galstonbury set, although an official announcement has yet to be made.
