Fans had complained about lengthy queues to buy drinks on both Friday and Saturday.
The two rock acts headlined London's Finsbury Park gig this weekend, but fans were quick to voice their annoyance at excessive waiting times for toilets and getting served drinks at the bar.
The organisers of the bars have now apologised for lengthy queues to buy drinks.
The Workers Beer Company said there was an "unprecedented failure" of up to 40% of staff to turn up at Finsbury Park in London, headlined over the weekend by Liam Gallagher and Queen of The Stone Age.
In a statement, the Company said: "Since 1986 Workers Beer Company have been at the heart of huge festivals serving millions. We have successfully sold millions of drinks to millions of people over that 33 years.
"Our serving staff are drawn from local grassroots organisations raising funds for their local campaigns and projects.

"Here in Finsbury Park on Friday and Saturday there was unprecedented failure of up to 40% of our staff to turn up.
"As a consequence people had to wait an unnecessarily long time to be served. For this we unreservedly apologise to the audience.
"So that it's clear neither Liam nor Queens of The Stone Age should bear responsibility. They both delivered awesome gigs to awesome fans, that deserved better service from our bar operation.
"This is also the case for Festival Republic who have no responsibility for us letting down the audience and we have already apologised to them."
The first time I’ve ever left a gig without seeing the band @FRfestivals ???
Finsbury Park for @qotsa was a joke. Queues for a beer or even water over 2 hours!!!!!
Horrendous waste of money! £60 per ticket is an absolute scandal. You should be ashamed!! ?— Seb Losardo (@SebLosardo) June 30, 2018
I’ve been to lots of gigs over the years. Oasis in 2002. I’ve never been so shocked at the organisation. 1 & 1/2 hours for a drink +. Not enough security at all especially at the front. Uneasy feeling all day. Ruined!!!!

They were an absolute disgrace. Gutted I walked out before Liam had even entered the stage but felt like I had no choice. Even the staff admitted it was appalling.
