Knebworth 22 documents the singer's two huge Knebworth Park shows this summer, 26 years after he performed at the Hertfordshire venue with Oasis in 1996.
Rocker Liam Gallagher has told fans on Twitter that no Oasis songs will appear in his forthcoming Knebworth 22 documentary, because his brother "angry squirt" and "sad little dwarf" Noel has "blocked" them.
In addition, Noel Gallagher, who composed the songs, has prevented the use of tunes Liam performed at the recent tribute concert to the late Taylor Hawkins from Foo Fighters, the singer claims.
"No oasis songs as the angry squirt has blocked them he also blocked the oasis I sang for Taylor Hawkins tribute he’s a horrible little man", Liam Gallagher responded to a fan, asking if Oasis would be featured in Knebworth 22, last night.

Later, in response to the question if Noel Gallagher was "still a thing", Liam tweeted, "Yes a SAD LITTLE THING".

When a Twitter user mentioned that Noel "praised" Liam in his last interview, the musician suggested that "What he says and does are 2 different things", calling his brother a "sad little dwarf".
Oasis split in 2009, following a fist fight that was considered the final straw in the tempestuous relationship between the two brothers. A reunion has since been rumoured but never materialised, with Noel Gallagher telling Pub Talk in an interview earlier this week that there was "no point" in Oasis reforming as a band because they sell "as many records now per year as we did when we were together".

Another person interjected that Noel "wrote the songs and therefore owns the rights to them surely". Liam Gallagher responded that they were "not wrong", however, not allowing your songs to be used in Taylor Hawkins' tribute was "low".
Seemingly riled up, the singer subsequently tweeted, "You can stop us using the songs but you can’t erase our memories shame on you Noel Gallagher".

In his last tweet, Liam Gallagher announced that he was not annoyed at his brother anymore, because "there’s far more important things going on in the world just feel bad for the fans".
Knebworth 22 will be shown in select cinemas worldwide for a limited time from November 17, with tickets going on sale this Friday, October 21 at 9am. It will get a full streaming release on Paramount+ later this year

"I’m still in shock that I got to play Knebworth 2 nights, 26 years after I played it with Oasis," Liam Gallagher said in a statement.
"I’m still trying to get my head around it. To have played to multiple generations at the same venue so many years apart was beyond Biblical. I’m so glad that we documented it. Knebworth for me was and always will be a celebration of the fans as well as the music. Enjoy the film and let’s do it again in another 26 years. LG x."
The music documentary was directed by American filmmaker Toby L (Olivia Rodrigo - Sour Prom, Foals - Rip Up The Road, Blur - Live in New York 2015), who described the film as a love letter to live music and being together again.
