Bearing the triumphant cry of "Build a rocket boys" that gave Elbow the title of their fifth album, 'Lippy Kids' is a soaring, hard-hitting, masterstroke from Guy Garvey and Co. that's equal parts hopeful and despondent. You may not be able to return to the carefree school days that Garvey pines for, but if any tune can make you feel like your boyhood is just within reach, it’s this one. Glorious.
