Stormzy, Craig David, James Blunt, Brian May, Leona Lewis, Emili Sande, Paloma Faith and Bastille are just some of the names who appear on the track.
The charity single features a host of prolific artists singing a cover of 'Bridge Over Troubled Water'.
X-Factor judge Simon Cowell got the artists together to raise money for the victims and survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire.
The single is available now on iTunes, with the money raised going towards the London Community Foundation.
Plans for the track were announced just a day after the fire occurred and recorded three days later.
Cowell also revealed that he has donated £100,000 of his own money to the cause after going to the site where the tragedy took place.

He told The Mirror: "You kind of thing, what can I do? Do you donate some money and I was thinking, well maybe we could do a little more than that and that's how the record came about."
