Elvis Costello has released a brand new song. Called 'No Flag,' it was recorded in Helsinki, Finland. Costello reportedly wanted to go "somewhere nobody knew him. So, this is 'The Helsinki Sound,'" he explained.

"I got no religion, I got no philosophy," the song begins. Costello's familiar voice is drenched in a heavy, angry guitar and backed by a driving percussion.

Recently, Costello penned a letter to the late, Great John Prine, and his most recent studio album, Look Now (with the Imposters), was released in 2018.
