After months of delays, Kanye's new album, Jesus is King is finally available. The album was finally expected to drop this morning, but Kanye took to Twitter to announce yet another delay to fix the mixing on three specific tracks: 'Water,' 'Everything We Need,' and 'Follow God.'
"To my fans. Thank you for being loyal & patient," he tweeted this morning. "We are specifically fixing mixes on “Everything We Need” “Follow God” & “Water”We not going to sleep until this album is out!"

Kanye drummed up even more controversy with a recent Beats 1 interview with Zane Lowe where he defended Trump and declared himself the "the greatest artist in human existence." He continued that, "to put on a red hat on was God's practical joke to all liberals."

West, who describes himself as a Christian, also said he asked those working on the album not to have sex before marriage. West reported that "there were times where I was asking people not to have premarital sex while they were working on the album. There were times where I went to people that were working on other projects and said, can you just work and focus on this? I thought if we could all focus and fast – families who pray together stay together."
Fans were cautiously optimistic that the album would drop today after the star failed to deliver on the original release date on 27 September and again on the 29th.
In the days surrounding the original release, Kanye debuted the album for a select few fans in Chicago, New York, and Detroit but the album wasn't released to the public as planned. Meanwhile, his wife Kim Kardashian reassured fans that the album was on its way and that it would be worth the wait. Taking to Twitter, Kardashian posted an updated tracklist with the caption "Have faith..." and announced in an Instagram story that the album would in fact be out on 29 September.
"He's dropping the album Sunday," she said. "Just a few final tweaks to the mixes."
Sunday came and went with no new album.
Does this story sound familiar? Perhaps it's because Ye and Co. have pulled this act before.
Around the same time last year, fans were in the same predicament. After announcing he'd drop his album, Yandhi, on 29 September 2018, Kanye missed the deadline and his wife tweeted out reassurance for fans.

"Nov 23 Black Friday YANDHI," Kardashian wrote. "TRUST ME it is worth the wait".
Yandhi, of course, never saw the light of day.
Luckily for fans, Kanye finally pulled through on this one, and Jesus is King is out for your listening pleasure.
