Lamar lends his vocals to three tracks on the new record from Baby Keem.
Kendrick Lamar has teamed up with his cousin, California rapper Baby Keem (real name Hykeem Jamaal Carter Jr.) on brand new song 'Range Brothers'.
The acclaimed multi-Grammy Award winner appears multiple times on his cousin's new album The Melodic Blue, showing up on 'Vent' and the previously released single 'Family Ties'.
Keem’s last LP Die for My Bitch came out in 2019. Since then, he has released 'Hooligan,' 'Sons & Critics Freestyle,' 'No Sense,' and 'Durag Activity' with Travis Scott.
It's the latest high profile collaboration for Baby Keem after recently featuring on 'Praise God' a track with Playboi Carti on Kanye West's Donda.
Meanwhile, the new features from Kendrick Lamar on The Melodic Blue will fuel further speculation that new music is on the way from the acclaimed Compton rapper.

He recently registered new songs with the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), a common practice for artists before new releases.
The 34-year old logged a host of new tracks with the not-for-profit performance rights organisation, including: ‘Before The Hangman’s Noose’, ‘Comfortable’, ‘Director’, ‘Fighter Thief In The Night’, ‘Fade To Black’, ‘Erika Kane’, ‘End Of The Line’, ‘Of Paupers And Poets’, ‘Believe’, ‘Driving Down The Darkness’, ‘End Of The Line’ and ‘Fell For You’.
It's been four last years since the last Kendrick Lamar LP, DAMN, which came out in 2017.
The album was a smash hit, even becoming the first hip-hop record to win a Pulitzer Prize award.
