Niall Horan was given executive power over Spotify’s Fresh Éire playlist, compiling a four-hour long bumper playlist crammed with Irish talent.

The playlist features many songs also seen on our most recent New Irish Songs To Hear This Week feature, including NewDad’s latest single 'In My Head', and soulful R&B artist Shiv’s newest work 'Heavy Water'.

The Electric Picnic 2023 headliner also included songs by many of his fellow performers, including Cian Ducrot’s 'I’ll Be Waiting' and Nell Mescal’s 'In My Head' and 'Homesick'.
Some of last year’s Electric Picnic performers featured include the likes of CMAT, Fontaines D.C frontman Grian Chatten, Picture This, The Academic, Aby Coulibaly and Kean Kavanagh, as well as Ireland’s 2023 Eurovision performers Wild Youth.
