The Austin indie rock band's next album, The Living End, will be released October 15.
Sarah and the Sundays have released their new single, 'Vices.'
Comprised of members Miles McCarthy-Reynolds, Quinn Lane, Liam Yorgensen, Brendan Whyburn, and Declan Chill, the indie rock band from Austin have described the track as "the result of [their] first ever visit to a studio."
"It's a song about loss, growth, and change overall," the band said. "We hope listeners relate to the universal feeling of life's evolution and find meaning in the feelings we expressed about such change."
The five-piece band released their debut album, So You're Mad About the Cups, in 2019 and have since continued to write music and play live shows.
'Vices' follows their latest EP, Half Way Home, which was released earlier this year. The four-track EP was written before and during the early stages of the pandemic, resulting in songs like 'I'm So Bored.'

"Liam wrote ['I'm So Bored'] about a week into the lockdowns," they said. "The song more or less speaks for itself, however in no way did we think it would be so relevant for so long."
The band have also announced that their next album, The Living End, will be released October 15. Pre-save The Living End here.
