Speaking to the Daily Star this week, frontman Mike Skinner revealed that the group are currently working on two new releases - a mixtape of duets and a soundtrack for his upcoming film.
"One of the reasons that I started [recording music] again is because I've written a film, which is about a DJ," Skinner told the newspaper. "And the album that I've written is kind of a musical; it's part of the film.

"While that's happening, I'm doing a mixtape, which is a collaborations album, and that will be out hopefully at the end of the summer."
The Streets, who haven't released an album since 2011's Computers And Blues, play Electric Picnic this year. The group reunited in 2018 after a lengthy hiatus, and played two nights in Dublin's Olympia Theatre. They also headlined the John Peel Stage at this year's Glastonbury.
