Among the acts who will play Live at the Marquee Cork next summer are Christy Moore, The Coronas, Gavin James, Damien Dempsey, blk, Jenny Greene & The RTÉ Concert Orchestra, and Mick Flannery.

Live at the Marquee 2024 dates have been released today with tickets to go on sale tomorrow and next week, just in time for Christmas.

Speaking about the festival lead singer of the Coronas Danny O'Reilly said: "The Marquee is a special venue in the story of The Coronas",

"There’s magic in Cork and in that tent in particular that is impossible to match anywhere else."

The Coronas play the venue on 24 May with tickets on sale this Monday 18 December at 9am. Last year, the band released Time Stopped, which went straight to Number 1 in the album charts, becoming the first and only independent Irish act in history to score three consecutive Number 1 albums.

The full lineup including a few more headliners is set to be confirmed in the new year, however some big plans are underway for the festival as Live At The Marquee is set to move to a bigger venue across the road from the current site in Centre Park Road, Ballintemple.

This will be the third venue for the festival in 18 years, having first set up in 2005 at the Cork Showgrounds in Curraheen.

The new site will still be situated in Cork's Docklands area but promises more space for more bars and food stands in what has been described as "a major facelift" by promoters.

Tickets for all gigs announced today as part of the 2024 Live At The Marquee lineup will be available on ticketmaster.ie . Tickets will go on sale beginning tomorrow into the next week depending on the show.
