After a bit of an Instagram hiccup, Sive took to the Hot Press stage – from her home, of course – to perform a stunning set

Over the course of her career, Sive has shared stages with the likes of Lisa Hannigan, Cathy Davey, Mick Flannery and Christy Moore – before joining forces with artist-led collective Veta in 2018, and exploring thrilling new directions in her sound with co-producer Matt Harris.

Opening with the eerie and ethereal 'If I Had a Home To Go To', Sive showcased her kalimba skills. She moved straight into a new tune called 'Beara', about the queen of winter, and also shared 'Do It All The Time', which she played on the ukelele.

September 13: CHERYM
Since bursting onto the scene with their 2018 release 'Take It Back', Derry pop-punk trio Cherym have won fans everywhere from Belfast to Berlin. As well as plenty of airplay from the BBC and RTÉ, the band picked up the Oh Yeah Contender Award at the NI Music Prize last year.
