The new edition of the Hot Press Lockdown Sessions' Y&E Series continues with SON – supported by the Department of Media, Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sport and the Gaeltacht.
A critically acclaimed performer and multi-instrumentalist, SON has emerged as one of the country's brightest talents. She released her debut album, the acclaimed Found Myself Lost in 2017, and has collaborated extensively with the likes of Mick Flannery and Sharon Shannon.
SON performed in Bunratty Castle originally, but after technical difficulties re-recorded the set in another location. Opening with 'You Are', she also performed an 'acoustic rap' called 'One Day Borrowed Another'.
