The fair has been organised to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the album Live at the Record Room, a collaborative album featuring Limerick artists such as 50 foot Woman and Strange Boy.
This Saturday, December 14, The Commercial Bar's Record Room will be hosting a local merch and record fair celebrating the best of Limerick’s musical talent. The fair will feature local artists, bands and record dealers.
The event has been organised in commemoration of the 1 year anniversary of Live at the Record Room, a collaborative album featuring Limerick artists such as 50 foot Woman and Strange Boy. Record Room is an intimate venue beneath The Commercial Bar in Limerick, and is a prominent space in the cities music scene.
In the year since Live at The Record Room, many of the musicians featured on the album have released their own music, which can also be purchased at the fair. Acts taking part include Hermitage Green, T.A Narrative, Dylan Flynn & The Dead Poets, Paddy Mulcahy, Post Punk Podge & The Technohippies plus many more.
