Madness have been announced as the latest act to perform at this year’s Belsonic festival in Belfast, while also unveiling a performance in Cork this summer.
The chart-topping band are set to perform their greatest hits across a career spanning four decades at Ormeau Park on Thursday, 19 June, followed by a set at Virgin Media Park on Friday, 20 June.
Famous for their ska-infused pop sound, Madness first rose to fame in the late 1970s and became a chart staple throughout the 1980s.
Over their illustrious career, Madness have achieved one UK Official Charts No.1 album, ten top ten albums, 15 top ten singles, and won numerous awards, including the prestigious Ivor Novello.

Madness, who famously came up from the backstreets of Camden Town in the late '70s, released a three-part original documentary series with AMC in 2021. Before We Was We: Madness by Madness dives into the band's early days in the area, charting the rise of one of Britain’s most iconic and beloved groups.
Madness' most recent album, Theatre Of The Absurd Presents C’est La Vie entered the UK Official Charts at No.1.
Tickets to see Madness at Belsonic 2025 or Cork's Virgin Media Park go on sale this Friday, 7 February, at 9 am via Ticketmaster.
