Watch the nostalgically analogue video for Roger's latest track 'Don't Forget Me' below.
Maggie Rogers released most recent LP release came in 2022 with the acclaimed sun-lit treatise Surrender. Hopefully that hasn’t eluded your memory by now, but if so, Rogers is here with a gentle reminder.
Don’t Forget Me, her third studio album, is set to release on 12 April via Capitol Records. Rogers and Ian Fitchuk (Kacey Musgraves) co-produced it, with Shawn Everett (The War On Drugs) handling the mix.
The release is led by the title track, which Rogers dropped today alongside a dazzling new music video. Vibrant and propulsive, ‘Don’t Forget Me’ is a fittingly catchy offering of folk-rock airs with slight vintage semblances, for which Rogers is renowned.
The album took an impressive five days to write, from December 2022 into the new year, with eight of its ten songs penned in collaboration with Fitchuk, whom Rogers calls her “sole collaborator and teammate on this album.”

“The other two songs I uncovered on my own and were the product of my long friendship with Lee Foster, the Electric Lady manager who, in the days before Christmas, realised I was on a roll and gifted me an extra day of studio time to keep working and catching the songs coming through my hands,” Rogers wrote in a statement.
“There’s a warmth to Don’t Forget Me. In many ways, it feels like coming home,” she continued. “I wanted to make an album to belt at full volume alone in your car, a trusted friend who could ride shotgun and be there when you needed her.”
