As if life couldn’t get any better, an album of Nick Drake rarities and ‘recently discovered’ tracks will be released later this year. ‘Magic’ is the perfect snapshot of an illustrious career cut tragically short, and a reminder of how delicately rousing Drake was. His softly-softly approach brilliantly encapsulates his otherworldly brilliance, and ‘Magic’, with its heartbreaking lyric, is both tragic and beautiful.
