Manson has not commented publicly on the claims but recently denied sexual misconduct allegations made against him.
Police in New Hampshire have issued an active arrest warrant for singer Marilyn Manson in connection with assault charges from 2019.
52-year-old Manson is accused of two counts of "class A misdemeanour simple assault" involving a videographer which reportedly took place two years ago during a concert in Gilford.
In a Facebook post, the police said that Manson had been performing at the Bank Of NH Pavilion on 18 August when the alleged assault occurred. The alleged victim had been in the stage pit area while filming the show - something they had been contracted to do.
In a statement posted to Facebook, New Hampshire police also said the singer and his management team "have been aware of the warrant for some time", but he has made no effort to answer the charges.
The Gilford Police Department also stated that each charge carries a possible jail sentence of less than year and fine of up to $2,000.

The police added that the alleged assaults "are not sexual in nature".
Manson, real name Brian Hugh Warner, has failed to publicly comment on the arrest warrant.
Earlier this month it emerged that Manson's former assistant Ashley Walters was suing the singer in California, alleging sexual assault.
The complaint claimed Manson was a terrifying and violent figure who told friends they could grope and kiss Walters, and made her work for 48 hours without stopping.
Manson's management have "vehemently denied any accusations of assault".
In February, the singer was dropped by his record label Loma Vista Recordings following claims by actress Evan Rachel Wood that she was "horrifically abused" by the performer.
Manson responded, stating that the allegations are "horrible distortions of reality" and that his "intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners".

Elsewhere, Manson has been accused of sexual, physical and emotional abuse by former Game Of Thrones star Esme Bianco.
