Detectives have been investigating Marilyn Manson over allegations of domestic violence between 2009 and 2011
Amid allegations of abuse, Marilyn Manson's home was raided by the LA County Sheriff's Department on Monday morning.
The Sheriff's Department stated that a search warrant was issued on an address belonging to Brian Hugh Warner, the shock rocker's legal name. No further details have yet been given out.
“What I can confirm is there was a search warrant that was served this morning,” an L.A. County Sheriff’s source told Rolling Stone. “It’s confirmed it was [Warner’s] address, his location. It was a search warrant for his belongings.”
The raid follows an investigation that was opened by the Sheriff's Department back in February, with allegations of a number of domestic violence incidents being levelled against the musician. The women involved in the suit have not been identified.

It is not the only suit that has been served against Manson, as multiple women have come forwards with allegations of sexual assault. Ex-girlfriend and Westworld actress Evan Rachel Wood accused the singer of abuse back in February, while Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco is already involved in a lawsuit against Manson, accusing the singer of sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
The 52-year-old musician was nominated for a Grammy award earlier this month thanks to his collaboration with Kanye West on his latest record Donda. The Recording Academy has stood by the nomination despite the public backlash.
